Booth Rate is $650 per booth (includes $50 Industry Partner Membership).  There is no early bird rate this year!  Everybody pays $650 but booths will not be reserved until payment has been received so reserve early!

Hotel Reservations – The online reservation link will be available September 17, 2021.  To receive the reduced room rate, reservations must be made between Friday, September 17 and Monday, October 18, 2021.


You will be required to check the COVID-19 Waiver Box before the vendor booth registration can be submitted.  By checking the COVID Waiver box, your company acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that your representatives may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the 2021 MSNA Vendor Show.  Your representatives hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless MSNA, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.  Your representatives have been made aware, understands, and agree that this release includes any claims based on actions, omissions, or negligence of MSNA, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the 2021 MSNA Vendor Show.

If you  register and do not feel well the day of the event, please stay home.


The SNS Exam will be given on Friday, November 19, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.  Onsite check-in opens at 7:30 am.  SNS Handbook and Application along with other important information can be found HERE!  The application and registration fee MUST be returned to SNA prior to 10/29/2021 to be eligible to sit for the exam.  In addition, MSNA members wishing to become Credentialed will be reimbursed for the testing fees ($225) when they successfully pass the examination. Newly Credentialed members will be eligible to receive reimbursement for their first year dues ($70). Kay Frances, “America’s Funniest Stressbuster”

Join Kay on Saturday morning, November 20, 2021 for her kickoff conference session “Managing the Stress of CHANGE” during the Opening General Session.

Motivational Humorist, Kay Frances, has shared her message to “lighten up, stress less and take care of ourselves” in 40 states and Canada for over 30 years.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a degree in Health and Physical Education and a 4th degree black belt in karate.  She was also a family caregiver for 7 years.

When it comes to humor, Kay is the “real deal” for having performed as a professional standup comedian for many years and appearing on a number of national television and radio programs.  Additionally, Key is the author of “The Funny Thing about Stress; A Seriously Humorous Guide to a Happier Life.”



Patrick Henry

Our closing keynote speaker Sunday, November 21 is what happens when keynotes, comedy, and concerts…collide.
For ten years he lived in Nashville, Tennessee, writing songs and radio jingles for a music row publishing company.
As a professional speaker, he has spoken to more than one thousand audiences, entertaining, inspiring and showing how to turn customers into fans.
He can be heard daily along side Jeff Foxworthy, Bob Newhart, and Larry the Cable guy on the SiriusXM radio Family Comedy Channels, and his book The Pancake Principle: seventeen sticky ways to make your customers flip for you was released in 2013 and is available on Amazon.com.
He is a musician….a songwriter…an author… a speaker and a firm believer that “if you do what you love to do for a living, you’ll never work a day in your life”.
