Willie is a highly sought-after speaker, critically acclaimed author, educator, and coach known for his passionate, energetic, and often hilarious approach to teaching life management skills.  A former student-athlete, Spears holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in Education from Troy University.  At its core, The Willie Spears Experience is driven by one mission; to create impact by adding value to the lives of others.

After you have received the online registration confirmation, you will be sent the online link at the Chateau for making room reservations.
MSNA reserves the right to cancel, without notification, any reservation that does not have a corresponding registration for
MSNA 2026 Annual Conference.
